There are a few payment methods available for you to shop online with us. On the checkout page, kindly log in if you have purchased before or have an account with us (1). You need to fill in your details (2) with your complete address first before you can select your shipping and payment method. If this is your first purchase, you need to create an account (3) to be eligible for AINAA Points.

1. Online Banking (FPX)

You can make a payment via internet banking which you can choose from the list of banks available in Malaysia. After fill in your details, you will be redirected to the Billplz payment page. Under the Online Banking section (1), select your preferred bank (2) and click PAY (3). You will be redirected to the online banking login page to complete your transaction.

2. E-wallet

We welcome and provide access to the seamless convenience of digital payments to our customers. Hence, it is now possible to pay your orders with e-wallets. Our e-wallet partners are Boost, Touch ‘n Go eWallet, Shopee Pay, GrabPay & Maybank QR Pay.

After fill in your details, you will be redirected to the Billplz payment page. Under the Wallet section (1), select your preferred eWallet (2) and click PAY (3). You will be redirected to the preferred eWallet login page to complete your transaction.

3. Debit and Credit Card (Local Only)

We accept all local VISA and Mastercard Cards, both Credit and Debit with 3D security (Verified by VISA and Mastercard). Currently, we do not accept BigPay & Wise cards. After fill in your details, you will be redirected to the Billplz payment page. Under the Card section (1), select VISA/Mastercard logo (2) and click PAY (3). You will be redirected to the card payment page to complete your transaction. Your card details are fully-encrypted and never stored on our server.

4. Cash On Delivery – COD

Cash on Delivery or “COD – Barang sampai baru bayar” is only available for Semenanjung Malaysia. If you choose COD payment, we will send you a confirmation Whatsapp message or call. We will not process your order until we receive your confirmation. This is an important measure to prevent scams.

After the order is processed, you will be contacted through phone calls or SMS by our delivery partners upon delivery. You need to prepare sufficient cash amounts and doing CASH payments to our delivery partner representative. Kindly noted that bank transfer, cheque, QR pay, or any other payment method is not accepted for Cash on Delivery.

5. Buy Now Pay Later and Installment – GrabPay.

Elevate your shopping experience with Buy Now Pay Later by GrabPay with no extra charge and no hidden fee (0% interest). We offer this payment option for purchases of RM150 and above.

To use this facility, you need to activate PayLater in your GrabPay apps. Not all GrabPay users are eligible for the PayLater facility. To learn more about Grab PayLater, kindly click here.


After filling in your details on the checkout page, select GrabPay – 4 month installment payment and click Continue With Payment. You will be redirected to the GrabPay login page. Please note that this payment method will only be available on the checkout page when the purchase value is RM150 and above (including shipping). You can use any device either computer, mobile, or tablet.

There is three payment option offered by GrabPay:

GrabPay – buy now, pay now (normal payment).

Grab PayLater Postpaid – buy now, pay in full next month. 0% interest, no hidden fee.

Grab PayLater Installments – spread your payment over 4 months. Buy now, pay only 1/4 of the price. 0% interest, no hidden fee.

After login into your GrabPay account, you will have a screen like this. (1) You can add an offer (promo code) or redeem GrabRewards if you have one. Then, choose your desired payment method (2) and click Continue (3).

Click Confirm Purchase to complete your transaction. Kindly wait till you are redirected back to our website to make sure your purchase successful.
